Philippines: Bulalacao

Bulalacao
Located in the southernmost tip of Oriental Mindoro, this place really captured my heart. When I heard of the place, I thought there's nothing much in there. The place Bulalacao is quite new to me. I never heard of it from any of my friends, relatives and even in tourism sites. In fact, the first time I heard about the place was from a friend. At first, we have no intention of joining in the trip but since my friend was very persistent we've accepted the invite. Anyway, it was a long weekend and we just want to relax and have a good time.

When we arrived in Bulalacao, we were amazed that such place exists. If you want to relax and wanna take some break? This is definitely the place to go.

Transportation
Going to Bulalacao is very easy. There are several ways to get there. It''ll take you 6-8 hours to get there.

You can reach Bulalacao by riding a bus or van. Van costs Php800.00 including the Ro-ro transfer from Batangas port to Calapan. This is much faster and cheaper than riding a bus.

Where to stay?
Upon reaching Bulalacao, you'll find several lounges and hotels in the area. Usual rate starts from 200 per night.

This is where we enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food here is great! Try their halo-halo and Lomi. We love it!

What to see?

The gang wandering around the Target Island! Say cheese guys!

Visited another island.. The white sand beach really amazed me. It's as if we were in Boracay, but quiet and less crowded.

And here we are in Suguicay Island! Yes, another white sand beach.

This was one of the best part, snorkeling! Oh yes, the corals is amazing plus we got to find nemo!

There are plenty of islands here yet to be discovered. We'll definitely go back here. One thing that made such a great trip was the good company plus i got to spend it with my special someone.
